About the role

Due to growth within Churchill Estates Management, we are looking at expanding our Property Services team and are recruiting for a new Project Surveyor. This is a key role within Property Services, combining building surveying expertise with the practical delivery of planned, reactive and major works projects across the CEM portfolio. The post holder will undertake surveys, develop scopes, prepare tender documentation, support statutory consultation and manage projects through to completion, ensuring works are appropriately specified, commercially controlled and delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.

The role provides technical, operational and commercial support to colleagues and stakeholders, using robust surveying information, clear reporting and effective contractor management to support long-term asset planning, service charge forecasting, compliance and value for money.
