Project Surveyor

Our client is a well-established construction business delivering works on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects and is looking to appoint an experienced Project Surveyor to join the commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to become involved in a major long-term project, working alongside an experienced commercial and project delivery team. Key Responsibilities Managing project costs and commercial performance Subcontract procurement and account management Valuations, variations and change control Cost reporting and forecasting Managing subcontractor payments and final accounts Supporting the Commercial Manager with project delivery Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Requirements Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor Main contractor experience preferred Strong commercial and contractual awareness Experience managing subcontract accounts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Degree qualified or equivalent desirable What's on Offer Salary up to £65,000 Long-term project security Opportunity to work on a flagship UK infrastructure scheme Career progression within a growing business Supportive commercial team environment For a confidential discussion or to apply, please contact: Lezanne Oram HLP Consulting Ltd
