- £26,000 (depending on experience) Details: Our client is looking to appoint a confident, organised and approachable Property Administrator to join their busy estate agency team in Inverness.
This is a varied, client-facing role involving communication with buyers and sellers, coordinating property viewings and appointments, supporting property marketing and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the department.
The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with clients, managing multiple tasks and working closely with colleagues as part of a supportive team.
Key responsibilities: Answering telephone calls and responding to property enquiries.
Arranging property viewings, valuations and appointments.
Contacting prospective buyers to obtain feedback following viewings.
Keeping clients updated throughout the property sales process.
Conducting property viewings, where appropriate.
Supporting the management of the firms social media channels.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Providing general administrative support to the property team.
Assisting with other duties as required.
Person Specification: Be confident, professional and comfortable communicating with clients.
Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
Have good attention to detail.
Be comfortable using social media and digital platforms.
Hold a valid UK driving licence.
Previous experience within an estate agency, property sales, administration or a customer-facing role would be beneficial, although applications will be considered based on relevant skills and experience.
