Property Coordinator Central London | Full Time | Monday-Friday | Competitive Salary + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Coordinator to join the management team of a prestigious commercial property in Central London. This role is ideal for a highly organised and customer-focused individual looking to build a career within property management. Working closely with occupiers, contractors and the wider property management team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of a flagship commercial asset while helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Support the daily operational management of the property. * Act as a key point of contact for occupiers and service partners. * Coordinate contractor activities and service delivery. * Maintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation. * Assist with health & safety administration and building procedures. * Organise meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions. * Manage occupier communications and engagement initiatives. * Support the Property Management team with administrative and operational tasks. * Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times. * Assist with reporting, risk management and audit requirements. About You * Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer-facing role. * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks. * High attention to detail and professional presentation. * Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. * Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Desirable Experience * Property management, facilities management or front-of-house experience. * Understanding of health & safety requirements. * Experience with helpdesk or CAFM systems. * IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
