An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, an established and growing business based in Brighton.
This is a varied opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to manage a portfolio of residential properties. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal colleagues, ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.

The Requirements
Previous experience within property management, lettings or residential property is desirable
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good IT skills and confidence using property or customer-management systems
Professional and proactive approach
Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively
Understanding of residential lettings legislation would be advantageous
The Role
Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
Support landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy process
Arrange property viewings and related appointments
Prepare tenancy documentation and coordinate inventories and check-outs
Manage tenant referencing and associated administration
Assist with the marketing of available properties
Ensure tenancy processes comply with current legal requirements
Carry out property inspections
Coordinate tenant check-ins and end-of-tenancy processes
Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding deposits and tenancy matters
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide guidance on rental values where appropriate
Arrange property maintenance and repairs
Coordinate contractors and external suppliers
Resolve property and tenancy-related issues efficiently
Keep up to date with relevant legislation and industry requirements
