quality over chaos Clear progression path as you develop Ongoing training and professional development The role Youll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. This includes: Managing tenancies and tenant/landlord relationships Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution Coordinating contractors Carrying out property inspections Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations Ensuring compliance (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR etc.) What were looking for Around 12+ months experience in lettings or property management Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients A strong sense of customer service Someone who takes pride in doing things properly Full UK driving licence (ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
