Property Manager A great opportunity for an experienced property professional to join a highly regarded property brand as a Property Manager You'll be part of an established and supportive lettings team, looking after landlord and tenant relationships and helping ensure properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard. The Role * Manage day-to-day relationships with landlords and tenants. * Coordinate repairs and maintenance through to resolution. * Liaise with contractors and other third parties. * Carry out property inspections, inventories and check-outs. * Conduct property viewings when required. * Keep property and tenancy records accurate and up to date. * Work closely with the wider lettings team. * Deliver a consistently high level of customer service. About You We're looking for someone organised, personable and proactive who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering a great service. Team fit is particularly important. You'll be joining a collaborative environment, so a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to support those around you will go a long way. You'll have: * Transferable skills considered. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong organisation and attention to detail. * A proactive, solutions-focused approach. * Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors. * A strong customer service mindset. * Good IT skills. * Full UK driving licence and your own car.
