Property Manager

Property Manager We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Property Manager to join our team. This role involves delivering a high standard of customer service while managing a portfolio of residential developments. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of developments Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors Prepare and negotiate service charge budgets and monitor expenditure Conduct regular site visits and inspections of the developments Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant legislation Handle property related issues promptly and effectively Appoint and manage contractors and service providers Interpret and enforce Lease and Transfer covenants, ensuring obligations are met Maintain accurate records and documentation About You Minimum of 2 years experience in residential property management Strong understanding of Leases, Transfers, and property legislation Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively Customer focused with strong communication and relationship building abilities Able to work independently and use initiative with minimal supervision A positive team player who upholds company values and standards TPI qualified (or willing to work towards accreditation) or hold a similar professional qualification Benefits A potential bonus of up to £2K annually (STD) based on KPIs achieved Hours 8.30am-5.00pm with 1 hour unpaid for breaks 28 days leave including 8 days bank holidays after 1 year of employment, leave increases to 30 days, and after 2 years leave increases to 32 days Your birthday off to celebrate Employee benefit and reward package (Perkbox) Refer a friend bonus of £300 Company social events Free parking Positive work culture Established in 2006, with 30,000+ properties in our portfolio, as our company continues to grow, we are looking for great people with a high levels of customer service to join us and become part of our great team.
