Property Manager Wolverhampton Basic Salary up to £29,000 depending on experience Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Alternate Saturdays 10am to 1pm with day off in the week Our client is a well-established independent lettings agent who provides a fully encompassing lettings and property management service at a local level They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record in the management of a residential portfolio, for their very busy lettings department Main duties will include; * Assist with the management of allocated property portfolio in order to maximise office income including the retention of properties and clients * Assist with the management of all property maintenance issues * Generate tenancy agreements and generate individual property files * Organise the renewal of gas safety certificates, EPC's and EICR’s as required * Negotiate between tenant and landlord deposit returns and administer paperwork * Liaise with landlords/tenants and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out on managed properties * Effectively communicating and resolving issues by telephone and e-mails The ideal candidate will possess: * Minimum of 12 months working within property management role * Strong track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines * Working in a fast-paced challenging environment * Self-motivation, d...
