Property & Projects Director, Airport Estate

Airport Retail Enterprises UK Ltd. is seeking a Head of Property to lead the property function across its estate. You will report to the COO and work with airport operations to ensure smooth, compliant operations and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, managing fit-outs, capex tracking, and collaborating with design and finance teams to meet timelines and budgets. A sustainability strategy will be developed and rolled out across sites.
