Property Solicitor – Cardiff
A Property Solicitor position in a respected law firm located in Cardiff. The role is full‑time, permanent with a salary of £37,000 per annum. The firm offers hybrid working – just two days per week in the Cardiff office.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential, commercial and buy‑to‑let property matters.
- Provide exceptional client service throughout every stage of the transaction.
- Work independently while collaborating with experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor status with a relevant Law degree and legal qualifications.
- Previous experience in residential, commercial and/or buy‑to‑let property law.
- Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
- Strong organisational skills to manage a busy caseload.
- Proactive, passionate about property law and capable of working independently as part of a team.
