Property Solicitor – Local Government Advisor

Mid Sussex District Council's legal team is expanding and looking to add a Property Solicitor to the team. Mid Sussex is a rural district in the southeast of England, situated within West Sussex.

The role focuses on property acquisitions and disposals, licences and landlord and tenant matters, providing legal advice to Members and staff and representing the Council at meetings where required. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive
