Job Purpose As a Property Standards & Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties meet legislative requirements, organisational standards, and residents' expectations. You will coordinate property inspections, repairs, maintenance, contractor performance, and statutory compliance across the property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine, scheduled, and responsive property inspections, identifying repairs, maintenance needs, and compliance issues.
