Protection Lead: Build & Scale a Growth Function

mbf is recruiting an ambitious Protection Adviser to build and lead a new Protection function within our London-based financial services group. You will own and scale the Protection proposition across personal and business protection solutions for SMEs, business owners and high-net-worth clients.

Working with senior leadership, you will shape strategy, recruit and mentor a team, and develop introducer relationships while delivering expert advice and maintaining compliance.
