The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, learning difficulties, and communication needs. Work alongside experienced teachers and therapists to deliver engaging learning activities. Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence, independence, and personal development. Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Support pupils both in the classroom and during break times and school activities.
