Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language needs, and additional learning needs.
Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group interventions.
Assist teachers in preparing engaging lessons and learning resources.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Encourage pupils' emotional, social, and academic development.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, staff, and families.

What We're Looking For:
A degree in Psychology or a related subject.
Previous experience working with children or within an SEN setting (preferred but not essential).
Knowledge or experience supporting children with ASD and speech and language needs (desirable).
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
