Public Sector Data & Analytics Engagement Director

Capgemini UK is seeking an Engagement Director to lead major client engagements within the Public Sector, driving data-led transformation, analytics and AI to improve decision making, operations, and citizen outcomes across national services. This senior leadership role partners with executive stakeholders to shape data strategy, governance, and delivery while expanding Capgemini’s public sector portfolio.

The role is hybrid, requiring presence in Worthing, London or Telford offices three days a
