Public Sector HR Advisor — First-Line Support & Recruitment

MCS Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor for a public-sector assignment at Antrim Civic Centre. You will provide first-line HR advice, support recruitment, handle employee relations, and help deliver an efficient HR service.

The role requires CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it), at least two years HR experience, and strong organisational and communication skills. You will maintain HR records, prepare documentation, and assist with policy reviews and projects.
