Purchasing Executive (Procurement)

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and quality goods/services.

2. Prepare, review, and process purchase orders in line with company policies.

3. Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.

4. Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements in Singapore.

6. Utilize Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to streamline procurement workflows and generate reports (experience with SCM is an advantage).

7. Support finance in aligning purchasing activities with budgetary requirements.

8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement of resources.

Minimum Qualification

• Nitec in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement.

• Prior experience using SCM systems will be considered an advantage.
