Qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3) Are you a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator looking for an exciting opportunity within a nurturing bilingual nursery? Do you have a passion for supporting children's development during their formative years?
At Ribbons & Reeves , we are working with an established bilingual nursery group across South East and East London to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3) . This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where children thrive through play-based learning in a bilingual environment. German language skills are preferred, but not essential.

Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
Experience working within a nursery setting is essential
German speaking is preferred, but not essential
Sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework
Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualified Early Years Educator The Role As a Qualified Early Years Educator, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education while supporting children's learning through engaging, play-based activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering stimulating activities in line with the EYFS Framework
Supporting children aged 05 with their learning and development
Encouraging communication in both English and German where appropriate
Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Monitoring children's progress and contributing to learning journals
Promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate The successful Qualified Early Years Educator will:
Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Have essential experience working within a nursery setting
Be passionate about Early Years education
Be warm, caring and proactive
Be an excellent communicator and team player
Speak German (preferred, but not essential)
Be committed to providing outstanding care and education
