The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare and education, supporting children's development through engaging activities and positive relationships. Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding care and education for children in line with the EYFS Support children's learning and development through play and planned activities Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and carers Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery procedures at all times Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development Good understanding of the EYFS framework Strong communication and teamwork skills A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach What's on Offer?
