Role Details * £35.00 per hour * 35 hours per week * Monday to Friday * ASAP start * Full-time locum * London Borough of Merton * Older People’s Mental Health Team About the Role You’ll work as part of a fully integrated multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality services to people referred to the Older People’s Mental Health Team. Your responsibilities will include: * Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment * Liaising with Care Coordinators supporting service users under the Care Programme Approach (CPA) * Providing professional advice and guidance around statutory Mental Health Act (MHA) work * Supporting colleagues with social care legislation, practice and the wider social care agenda * Promoting positive outcomes for older people and their families This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Social Worker with experience in mental health and adult social care to join a collaborative service and make a meaningful difference.
