Shirley Parsons are partnering with a longstanding client to recruit a Quality Advisor for a significant infrastructure and energy project based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major long-term project and play a key role in driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across site operations. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out regular inspections/audits of sites and work places in accordance with Company Policy, Procedures and other stated requirements. * Support the management of non-conformance reports and corrective actions. * Monitor and report on quality performance and trends. * Review Quality statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Collate and review Business / Contract Quality statistics in a timely manner and submit to the Quality Management and Quality function for reporting purposes. * Deliver quality briefings and support teams in driving improvements. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards. About You: * 3-5 years' experience within a Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer, Quality Coordinator or similar role. * Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001. * Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification desirable. * Experience conducting audits and managing non-conformances. * Relevant Quality Membership (CQI) Additional Benefits: * Opportunity to work on a major long-term energy infrastructure project. * Competitive salary and discretionary annual bonus based on site and personal performance * Car allowance * Excellent pension scheme. * 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave. * Life assurance and enhanced family-friendly benefits. * Ongoing training, development and career progression opportunities.
