Quality & Compliance Manager
on behalf of a leading provider based in
Lowestoft . This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation, supporting care homes across the region to drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional, person-centred care is delivered.

Lead on audits, quality reviews, compliance monitoring and improvement plans to drive service excellence. Analyse performance data, identify development areas and work with teams to promote safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
Requirements as a Quality & Compliance m: Previous experience in a quality, compliance or operational management role within health or social care. Strong knowledge of
CQC regulations
and governance frameworks. Experience supporting or managing multiple services.
