Quality & Compliance Manager

Lead on audits, quality reviews, compliance monitoring and improvement plans to drive service excellence. Analyse performance data, identify development areas and work with teams to promote safe, compassionate and high-quality care.

Requirements as a Quality & Compliance m: Previous experience in a quality, compliance or operational management role within health or social care. Strong knowledge of

CQC regulations

and governance frameworks. Experience supporting or managing multiple services.
