Full Time - 37 hours per week.
Salary - £65,640 at entry and then rises to £69, 706 post probation.
Car allowance of £7,000.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Quality and Service Improvement Manager to join the Team at MHA.
Applicants must be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of older people both in leading by example and coaching key colleagues to improve quality and drive continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who has a health or social care professional qualification, who has worked as a manager in health or social care and who has previously monitored quality standards in a care setting.
This role is a key leadership role responsible for supporting Area Managers in ensuring the delivery of high quality relationship-centred care, addressing operational challenges across MHA services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards together with driving quality and operational excellence.
It is important to note that this role also provides temporary leadership in a home when necessary due to management vacancies or to support performance improvements.
Although mainly based within the described geographical locations and supporting a named Area Manager, the successful applicant may be required to work in other geographical locations on a short term basis to support business need.
