Quality Assurance Inspector

The role will support the Quality Manager with the inspection, testing, monitoring and documentation of quality data, helping to maintain compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and continuous improvement objectives. Key Responsibilities and Accountability's Inspection and Testing Conduct visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical and functional inspections of raw materials, in-process components and finished products. Use inspection and measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, multimeters, gauges, microscopes, CMMs, test rigs and computer-based inspection systems. Carry out batch testing, sample testing, first-off inspections and final release checks. Verify that products comply with technical drawings, specifications, work instructions and relevant quality standards. Identify defects, deviations and areas of non-conformance during the inspection process. Documentation and Reporting Accurately record inspection and testing results in line with company documentation procedures. Maintain inspection logs, certificates of conformity, test sheets and calibration records. Raise and report non-conformance reports (NCRs) to the Quality Manager. Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action investigations. Support the preparation of quality reports, KPI data and quality trend analysis.
