As our Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) in Cambuslang, you’ll play a key role in how we deliver for our customers and franchise partners — making sure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance are met across our Supply Chain Centre.   This is a role where you’ll balance hands-on site presence with strategic oversight — helping us continuously improve how we operate while protecting what matters most: our product, our people and our brand. You’ll be comfortable working across manufacturing, storage and distribution — building relationships, challenging where needed, and helping teams do things the right way every time.  Experience working with food safety and quality management systems within a manufacturing or supply chain environment  Confidence carrying out audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety) The ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to a range of stakeholders Strong relationship-building skills across operational and technical teams A Food Science or Food Technology background (or equivalent experience) You’ll act as the on-site lead for quality, food safety and compliance — working closely with the wider teams to ensure standards are not only met, but continuously improved.
