Quality & Compliance Specialist — ISO 9001 & QMS Audits

Routes to Work is seeking a Quality Specialist to elevate our QMS across material and equipment management. You will drive real-time audits, support CAPAs, and help ensure change controls and risk assessments meet ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Ideal candidates will be Life Science graduates with hands-on QMS experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Q-Pulse to record and track actions organization-wide.
