We are currently delivering the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth and we are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer.A Quality Engineer focuses on implementing quality assurance and quality control processes at the operational level.
They work closely with production or project teams to ensure products or services meet defined quality standards.Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required.
Please note that this process can take up to 8 weeks.
Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.Making Possible In this role, you will be working in a live MOD facility.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:Develop and execute inspection and testing proceduresConduct root cause analysis and support problem-solving activitiesMonitor production or construction processes for quality complianceReview documentation and verify that materials/products meet specificationsSupport audits and quality system implementationsAssist in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processesCollect and analyse quality data to identify trends and improvementsThis profile is not exhaustive.

Professionally qualified operator and/or GraduateQuality related qualifications and Industry experience ie ISOExperience of similar role, preferred in relevant sector (ie Nuclear and Defence)CSCS
