The Role
Inspect materials and processes to company and ISO standards
Manage and contain non-conforming parts and products
Lead RCCA activities and close out quality issues
Maintain and support the ISO Quality Management System
Coordinate internal and external audits
Manage controlled documents, specifications and procedures
Support quality standards for new and existing products
Ensure test equipment is calibrated and compliant
Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
HNC / Level 4 in Quality or Engineering or equivalent
Experience as an Inspection Technician or Quality Technician
Experience as a Process Auditor
Strong understanding of quality tools and root cause analysis
Ability to analyse technical information and process data
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Full UK Driving Licence
Quality Background within manufacturing or engeinerring or FMCG
