Quality Inspector

Youll be responsible for checking products, identifying defects, and ensuring all items meet strict quality standards before leaving the production line. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail and confidence using measurement tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Product inspection Carry out visual and dimensional checks on finished and in-process items.
• Goods Inwards Inspection Carry out visual and dimensional checks on purchased products to internal / external standards. Hardness Testing of Heat Treated components
• Measurement tools Use verniers, micrometres, gauges and templates to verify accuracy. CMM experience advantageous
• Defect reporting Record non-conformances and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Shopfloor inspections Ensuring quality of products is up to expectations as well as ensuring all equipment is being used correctly and accurately.
