Quality Lead - Health & Social Care Quality & Compliance

Active Care Group is seeking a Quality Lead to shape quality across our North and Wales division, based in Albrighton or St Asaph with travel to regional offices and client homes. You will influence governance frameworks and lead improvements to ensure safe, effective, person‑centred care.

You'll work with senior leaders, coach operational teams, prepare for inspections, conduct audits, and develop policies and training to sustain excellence across a growing provider.
