Quality Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead our Quality function and continue developing a robust IATF 16949 Quality Management System whilst building strong customer relationships and driving continual improvement.

Purpose of the Role

The Quality Manager is responsible for the leadership of the Quality Department and ownership of the company's Quality Management System.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and customer-specific requirements whilst developing the Quality team and driving continual improvement across the business.

The Quality Manager will lead the quality function; the Quality Engineer will lead day-to-day customer investigations and 8D activities.

Key Responsibilities

Own and continually improve the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.

Maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications.

Lead all customer, certification and internal audits.
