Youll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UKs number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes. You'll carry out emergency call out as directed by your line manager. We'll ask you to make sure all traffic management is set up in accordance with the ACOP. Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management (deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment on low-speed roads) You'll undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses. Maintenance of temporary traffic lights. What youll bring Clean driving License A commitment to Health and Safety- its at the heart of everything we do! Good communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy Ability to carry out manual work outdoors, in all weather conditions Qualified up to 12D M6 highly desirable T1 / T2 qualified Knowledge of Chapter 8 Whats in it for you?
