ABOUT THE CLIENT
We're supporting an established technology services organisation looking to modernise and improve the way it operates. They're seeking a proactive Quality & Process Coordinator who can help standardise processes, reduce manual workloads and embed a genuine culture of continuous improvement across the business.
THE QUALITY & PROCESS COORDINATOR ROLE:
As Quality & Process Coordinator, you'll work across the organisation to understand how things are currently being done and identify opportunities to make them more efficient, consistent and scalable. You'll map and document business processes, identify bottlenecks and legacy workflows, and help redesign processes to reduce unnecessary manual work. A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities for
automation , with potential use of Power Automate, Power Platform, RPA and other workflow technologies. Alongside process improvement, you'll support the organisation's
ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
frameworks. This will include preparing departments for internal and external audits, working with external BSI auditors, maintaining audit evidence, identifying gaps and ensuring corrective actions are followed through. The position also incorporates wider operational compliance, including Health & Safety procedures, COSHH, fire safety, first aid, DSE assessments and facilities compliance, alongside supporting future environmental and
ISO 14001
readiness.
QUALITY & PROCESS COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Strong understanding of
ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Experience supporting
ISO audits Experience improving, redesigning and documenting business processes Ability to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and manual workflows Experience within an
MSP, IT services or technical environment Knowledge of UK Health & Safety requirements Strong analytical and organisational skills Confident stakeholder communication skills Experience with
Power Automate, Power Platform, RPA or similar automation tools
would be highly desirable, as would process mapping experience with Visio, Lucidchart or BPMN. ISO Lead Auditor exposure and/or a NEBOSH qualification would also be advantageous.
