Job Description Job Title: NCR FacilitatorLocation: Somerset/HybridPay: PAYE 123.84 OR umbrella 179.72Job ID: 2048Job Purpose / Overview (Briefly state the Job's overall mission)The role of the NCR Facilitator is to expedite and support the timely completion of Non-conformancereports through the various steps of the online NCR management tool (CCIS/SWITCH).
NCR Facilitators shall attend the NCR meetings for Contracts they are responsible for and provide supportfor accelerating the review where necessary.
Producing Daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting to provide updates to stakeholders andsenior management.- Support the organisation and running of Quality Exceptions Panels.
In charge of implementation and monitoring the NCR status report within their allocated Contracts.- Production / Analysis of reports NCR KPI to NCR Facilitation Lead and other stakeholders (includingQuality Delivery Managers) e.g., Adhere to the 21 day procedure target for manufacturing NCRs and 28 days for site NCRs, to providea response to the contractor- Tool enhancements, awareness & training, onboarding & issue support- Escalate as appropriate where the NCR management procedure is not respected.- Supporting access to Non-Conformance processing tool training on MyLearningHub / MyCampus(for partners)- Support the development and continuous improvement of the (Non-Conformance processing toolincluding reporting and KPIs.- Support the development and implementation of the new NCR management tool SWITCH.
Becominga change champion and delivering future awareness training sessions to facilitate the smoothtransition of contracts and records.Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & ExperienceKnowledge & SkillsEssential- A Confident and articulate communicator able to prepare presentation material, and topersuade others, by drafting a common action plan and following its implementation.- Experience of interfacing with project teams, supply chain organisations and independent thirdparties.- Organising, leading and presenting meetings- Minute taking- Progress analysis, preparing reports, and making recommendations.- Pro-active and flexible, being prepared to plan and work on own initiative.- Fluent in English.- Hybrid working
- To be able to work between Home, HPC site and EDF offices (UK & France)Desirable- Technical / Engineering industry background but not specifically Nuclear.- A clear and accurate understanding of quality management systems.- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, etc.), Power BI.- Networking/ network building.- French language.- A current valid Driving licenceQualifications & ExperienceEssential- Experience of proposing and implementing a variety of quality related solutions.- Experience of interfacing with project teams, supply chain organisations and independent third parties.- Continuous improvementDesirable- Experience in Nuclear- Experience in Non-conformance Management process. xkybehq - Experience of Contract Management of Supply Chain/suppliers.
