Job summary

Were seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training.

There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone whos looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.

We can consider full-time and part-time applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring working in line with the TLE Quality Assurance process .
  • Support the maintenance of the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue ensuring all course information is up to date at all times
