Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor | Main Contractor | Central London | (Part time availability)   I’m working with an established contractor who are looking to appoint a Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial delivery of multiple projects across their portfolio.   Based from their Liverpool Street office, you’ll take responsibility for projects valued up to £8m, working closely with the operational teams to maintain strong commercial control from procurement through to final account.   The Role Commercial oversight of multiple projects up to £8m Procurement and management of M&E packages CVRs, forecasting and cost reporting Valuations, variations and subcontractor payments Managing commercial risk and final accounts Working closely with project teams across the portfolio  What they’re looking for Experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor Strong mechanical & electrical / building services background Comfortable commercially managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong procurement, CVR and change management experience Able to work autonomously across a varied project portfolio  The Business Established contractor delivering specialist projects across London Portfolio of projects valued up to £8m Varied workload across technically demanding schemes Central London office with close interaction between commercial and operational teams  Interested?
