Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering Location: Attleborough, Norfolk Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Projects: £10k - £5m An established civil engineering business is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a varied portfolio of civil engineering and specialist services projects across the UK. Based from the company's Attleborough office, this is a predominantly office-based role with occasional travel to sites and client meetings when required. You will work closely with the operational and technical teams, taking responsibility for the commercial management of multiple projects from tender through to final account. The Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring projects remain commercially controlled, contractually compliant and financially successful. You will have involvement across both pre-contract and post-contract stages, working with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of projects valued between £10k and £5m. Review and interpret contract documentation, terms and conditions.
