A small but forward-thinking construction consultancy based in South West London, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their small but close-knit team.

Working in High End Residential sector, they are well established and benefit from regular repeat business.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver on High End Residential projects in London and the Home Counties. These could be new builds and refurbishment and will range in value.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the whole project lifecycle from concept to completion. You will be involved in pre and post contract duties including Tenders, Cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice. You will act as the client’s single point of contact.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be leading the High-End Residential Projects and will have partner level support.

You will be working on some of the most exclusive Residential projects in London, which comes with some very demanding clients. xwzovoh

The requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS accredited degree
• Preferably MRICS (or aspiring to)
• Experience on High End Residential Projects
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
