- Permanent Following a number of recent contract awards across Northern Ireland, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their growing commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering a wide range of construction, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects across multiple sectors.

The Role Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in both the estimating and commercial management of projects, ensuring costs are controlled and financial targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities Review construction drawings and specifications to identify labour, material, and subcontractor requirements Prepare enquiries and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Negotiate costs, rates, and packages to achieve best value Manage subcontractor valuations and final accounts Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts within agreed timescales Measure works in line with contract schedules of rates Assess and manage variations, additional works, and cost analysis Liaise with clients to agree rates, valuations, and commercial matters Produce accurate monthly cost reports and forecasts Work closely with operational and finance teams to ensure profitable project delivery Attend site visits and progress meetings as required What We're Looking For Degree, HND, or HNC in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating role within a construction environment xwzovoh Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and organisational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
