Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor Location: Leicestershire Salary: up to £65,000 plus package D.O.E Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £60 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Stadia. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £20million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The OwNers are keen to further develop and strengthen their Commercial Team with introduction of experienced Quantity Surveyors & Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This has been instigated with a recent opportunities secured in Northampton & Leicestershire. The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on New Build projects * Have Commercially & Contractually manged your own project as a number 1 * Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills * Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary & Package: * up to £56,000 per annum D.O.E plus car allowance * Contributory pension scheme * Competitive benefits package * Opportunity to manage high-profile, high-value projects
