Quantity Surveyor Highways & Infrastructure | Outside IR35 An established highways and infrastructure contractor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of highway maintenance and improvement contracts across North and East London.

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor , you'll take ownership of the measurement and valuation of works, overseeing applications for payment across a portfolio of NEC contracts valued at approximately £10m .
This is an immediate-start contract offering Outside IR35 status and hybrid working .
The Role Measure and value completed works.
Prepare and manage applications for payment across multiple contracts.
Review subcontractor applications and valuations.
Support the management of variations and compensation events.
Produce accurate cost and value information.
Work closely with operational teams to maximise commercial performance.
Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor with the day-to-day commercial management of the contracts.
About You Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within highways, infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering.
Good knowledge of NEC contracts.
Strong measurement, valuation and commercial reporting skills.
Confident using Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently while supporting a wider commercial team. xwzovoh
