Based in Bicester , this permanent role offers a salary of circa £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package.

Working on a range of groundworks projects, you'll play a key role in managing project costs, supporting successful delivery, and working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients.

If you're looking to join a growing business with a strong reputation for quality, safety and long-term career development, this is an opportunity not to be missed.Duties & Responsibilities Manage project budgets, cost plans and financial forecasts for groundworks projects.Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, identify cost-saving opportunities and support project teams.Prepare valuations, manage subcontractor payments and assist with final accounts.Produce commercial reports and monitor financial performance to minimise project risk.Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors while ensuring commercial compliance.What Experience is Required?
