Quantity Surveyor – External Façades Salary: up to £60,000 + pension, bonus and travel expenses Location: Billericay We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing external façades business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can confidently manage multiple projects. The role You will oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of up to five façade projects at a time, working closely with clients, contractors, site teams and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Managing project costs, budgets and commercial performance Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts Reviewing and administering contracts Monitoring project risks, costs and profitability Supporting procurement and subcontractor management Producing accurate commercial reports Attending site visits and project meetings Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements About you The ideal candidate will have: Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within external façades Strong knowledge of construction contracts The ability to manage up to five projects simultaneously Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication skills A proactive and well-organised approach The ability to work effectively with office-based and site teams Package Salary up to £60,000 Company pension scheme Structured bonus based on company performance and individual KPIs Travel expenses Office-based five days per week, with regular site visits If you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to develop your career with a specialist external façades business, we would be pleased to hear from you.
