Quantity Surveyor

Finlay Jude Associates are currently recruiting for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure team delivering essential water and wastewater projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of developer services schemes, supporting the commercial delivery of projects that connect new developments to vital water and wastewater networks. As a Quantity Surveyor , you'll support the commercial management of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring costs are effectively controlled while identifying opportunities to maximise value and improve commercial performance. What We're Looking For in a Quantity Surveyor Experience pricing groundworks and civil engineering projects Knowledge of cost reporting and commercial forecasting Experience managing subcontractor accounts Strong Excel skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A proactive approach with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Why Apply?
