The
consultancy
has
opportunities
to
work
on
social
housing
refurbishment
schemes
and
design
and
build
refurbishment
projects.
The
role
is
office-based
in
Buckingham
with
regular
site
visits.
The
Quantity
Surveyor
will
work
within
a
large,
experienced
commercial
team
and
support
a
range
of
clients
on
live
schemes. Day-to-day
responsibilities
include
cost
management,
valuations,
variations,
reporting,
procurement
support
and
general
commercial
duties
across
refurbishment
projects.
The
role
offers
exposure
to
a
diverse
workload
and
the
chance
to
develop
within
a
supportive
team. High-level
security
clearance
will
be
required
for
some
projects
and
will
be
arranged
for
the
successful
candidate
during
