Quantity Surveyor 📍 Chichester, West Sussex | Projects Across the South East 💰 Up to £55,000 + Travel Expenses + Package PSR Solutions are working with a well-established specialist construction subcontractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their growing commercial team based in Chichester. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded QS looking for a varied role that combines commercial management, client relationship building, and regular site visits across the South East. The successful candidate will be involved in managing multiple projects from a commercial perspective, working closely with clients, site teams, and operational staff to ensure successful project delivery. This is not your typical desk-based QS role, with a significant amount of time spent out on site building relationships and identifying commercial opportunities. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial performance of multiple construction projects. Valuing and negotiating variations. Producing cost reports and supporting final accounts. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Working closely with project and site teams. Carrying out regular site visits across the South East. Requirements Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. Experience within painting & decorating, specialist finishes, fit-out, interiors, refurbishment, or related trades would be advantageous. Strong commercial awareness and communication skills. Comfortable working in a client-facing environment. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites. What's on Offer?
