Very modern, ambitious business growing quickly. Projects - 2 stage. Varied commercial portfolio including complicated cut and carve, CAT A and CAT B across London. Role - Full commercial responsibilities across multiple packages, reporting to senior QS and Commercial Manager. Upcoming projects include a £20m commercial cut & carve in EC2 and a similar £40m scheme in WC1.
