Quantity Surveyor

Are you an ambitious, APC hunting Quantity Surveyor, who is looking to join a professional Construction Consultancy?

Are you a motivated Quantity Surveyor who brings a desire to become MRICS?

The Quantity Surveyor would be joining a well established, medium sized organisation, who operate in the High End Residential and finely finished Hotel sectors.

4 days in office (Liverpool Street) or around London is required, but a hugely respected APC structure is in place.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

With great support for the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across a mixed portfolio of mixed use schemes and commercial, hotel and residential projects across London, starting with a High End residential project worth £12m.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
• A Consultancy / PQS background is ideal
• A huge interest in both pre & post contract duties
• Able to be in meetings and take notes and support a Senior QS
• Positive attitude
• Wants to learn
• Confident with some industry related softwares
